Overview
We are seeking a skilled CTEC Licensed Tax Preparer to join our team for next 2024 Tax Season, starting January. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, math, and accounting principles. Experience with financial software and QuickBooks is highly desirable for this role.

Duties
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals or businesses
- Analyze financial information to ensure taxes are paid correctly
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any tax-related queries
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Utilize financial concepts to optimize clients' tax situations
- Collaborate with clients to maximize tax savings opportunities

Experience
- Previous experience in tax preparation or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using financial software and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of public accounting practices
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and apply tax laws effectively
- Ability to market tax services and attract new clients
