Job Description/Responsibilities:

Strategic Partners is seeking an Analyst to join the Strategic Partners Institutional Client Solutions ("ICS") team. This individual will be a member of the Strategic Partners team and will support Strategic Partners' fundraising and new product development process, as well as help manage existing investor relations. The individual will work closely across the Strategic Partners team and Blackstone organization and play an integral role in the capital raising and business development process.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Helping to execute fundraising and new product development process for the Strategic Partners business (including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, GP stakes and other funds and business initiatives)
  • Working on marketing material creation, updates and distribution
  • Managing workflows across the team
  • Helping to design capital raising and go-to-market plans
  • Responding to investor due diligence requests
  • Organizing and executing co-investment syndication activities
  • Assisting in managing investor relations for existing funds
  • Organizing meeting prep (including background research, prospect sensitivities, program intelligence)
  • Helping to design new business proposals to meet business and investor objectives
  • Conducting research around business development trends or themes by geography and/or client type

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will ideally have had employment or internships in investment banking or private equity, or private equity fundraising, and have experience in institutional sales, investment banking or asset management. Candidates should also have astute commercial sense, excellent communication skills, effective presentation abilities, and possess strong analytical skills.

Expected annual base salary range:

$110,000 - $110,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
