Summer 2025 Internship - UrbanCore Construction
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 9 Weeks (Rotational Program)
Type: Paid Internship
UrbanCore Construction is seeking motivated students for our Summer 2025 Rotational Internship Program . This hands-on experience will immerse interns in Preconstruction, Field Operations, and Project Management , offering a comprehensive view of the construction process.
What You'll Do:- Preconstruction (3 weeks) - Assist with estimating, permit acquisition, subcontractor coordination, and project planning.
- Field Operations (3 weeks) - Gain on-site experience, observe project updates, review safety protocols, and collaborate with subcontractors.
- Project Management (3 weeks) - Learn about budgeting, procurement, RFI/submittal processes, risk management, and client relations.
- Enrolled in a Construction Management, Engineering, or related program
- Passionate about the construction industry
- Strong communicator and eager to learn
