The French Football Academy is searching for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual for a part-time Academy Head Coach role. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an FFA team under the guidance of the Technical Director and will collaborate on the development of academy players within the FFA pathway. Responsibilities include driving player development according to the FFA methodology, curriculum, and style of play, creating and executing high-level training sessions, working with athletes and their parents, fostering athlete mentorship, and building productive relationships with colleagues, athletes, parents, and local stakeholders. A deep passion for the game is essential.
