Accounting Specialist $30/hr!
This position is a Contract Position.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Accounting Specialist for a local manufacturing client to start immediately at $30/hr! Receive comprehensive benefits upon hire!
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
· Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
· Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
· Assist with accrual accounting processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
· Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
· Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
· Mentor junior staff on accounting practices and procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience .
· Proven experience in accrual accounting and financial reporting.
· Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes.
· Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and problem-solving.
· Familiarity with public accounting principles is a plus but not mandatory.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Experience in corporate finance or private equity is beneficial but not required
