Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. • Handle invoice processing, including verifying, reconciling, and ensuring proper documentation. • Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate general ledger maintenance. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. • Assist in monthly and annual financial closing processes. • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records. • Generate reports and summaries to support business decision-making. • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate financial records. • Strong understanding of invoice processing and reconciliation. • Ability to prepare and post journal entries with precision. • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with accounting software and tools is preferred.
