As an Accounts Payable Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily AP operations, mentoring a growing team, and spearheading process improvements across the payables function. Overview Of The Accounts Payable Manager Role Led and mentored the AP team while managing full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliations. Fostered strong vendor relationships and ensured prompt, accurate resolution of issues, escalating critical matters when needed. Streamlined AP operations through process improvements and internal controls, contributing to more efficient month-end close procedures. Collaborated on company-wide projects and handled sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred Qualification For The Accounts Payable Manager Minimum of four years of accounts payable experience, with at least two years in a leadership or management role. Proficient in Microsoft D365 ERP and advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint. Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred; flexible availability for critical deadlines and projects.
