Enterprise Coaching, experience with helping an organization navigate how they are going to win and work through trade-off decisions. Looking for someone with experience with Agile coaching outside of IT to apply Agile principles to a non-IT setting, such as R&D. Responsibilities include: Help the Orgs/Programs navigate how they’re going to win, and then work through the trade-offs that come from those decisions. Focus on Agile Transformation design, planning & execution. Effectively coach, consult, mentor, teach, facilitate, and inspire organizational change. Design a unique transformation roadmap and identify the levers to move most effectively within the organization. Coach management on agility. Experience coaching Agility in a non-IT environment. Work as a consultant in projects & Transformation providing various ideas, suggestions, and strategies related to Agile. Act as a facilitator to enable groups to work cooperatively and effectively.
