Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Air Freight Specialist to plan, coordinate, and manage air shipments to meet and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics or international trade, with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Air Shipment Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage air exports to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with airlines and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Invoice Management: Generate billing invoices using internal systems and send Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices to customers.
  
• AP Invoice Processing: Manage vendor invoices and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely payments.
  
• Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports to the operations manager.
  
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support operations.
