What You'll Do:
No two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for:
Tackling everyday maintenance issues—big and small
Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Getting apartments “move-in ready” for new residents
Keeping the community clean and looking great
Working closely with a team that values collaboration
A knack for fixing things and solving problems
1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred)
Working knowledge of basic repairs: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, painting
Great communication and a strong work ethic
Reliable transportation
HVAC/EPA Certification? Big plus
