Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college in the computer field or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with management, other employees and vendors.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
• Ability to interpret a variety of complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Patience to repeatedly instruct people on the steps to take to solve computer problems.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL queries against financial and clinical data bases to fulfill data and report requests.
• Demonstrated experience with business productivity applications.
• Demonstrated experience for continued education/learning.
• Demonstrated experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and software training.
• Demonstrated customer service focus.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Highly qualified candidate will also have experience in DocuSign.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Investigates, develops and monitors solutions to enhance utilization of computer resources for end users.
2. Analyze, develop, test, and implements segments of automated systems.
3. Recommend, initiate and implement system changes / enhancements.
4. Provide user support for software and hardware issues.
5. Monitor data integrity and create reports to identify data errors / exceptions.
6. Develop quality control criteria, profile reports, error control criteria, and various system queries (generic and specific).
7. Evaluate and implement robust technology solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
8. Monitors system operations to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and standards, where applicable.
10. Troubleshoot, resolve and document system / data issues.
11. Generate queries and reports.
12. Maintain data integrity when integrated with other vendor / collaborator software.
13. Identify and coordinate training efforts for effective and efficient best practice use of software.
14. Manage software upgrades.
15. Maintain documentation of all software systems utilization and deployments
16. Work with all IT Staff members in the development and use of proper procedures in support of the software systems
17. Work hours prescribed by the IT Director and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
18. Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Conduct and HIPAA regulations.
19. Resolve and document issues via the Rosecrance ticket tracking system and Help Desk calls. Escalate when necessary.
20. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

22. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers.
23. Demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Type : Full-time (40 hours/week)

Pay : Based on education, experience, and credentials

Work Location: Remote- Will need to be in person for first week of training.
