About the Role

Were hiring a full-time Appointment Coordinator to join our Service BDC (Business Development) team! This role is all about helping our guests get their vehicles scheduled for maintenance and repair in a friendly, efficient way.

Youll speak with guests by phone, text, and online chat to book service appointments, answer questions, and follow up as needed. Were looking for someone whos kind, detail-oriented, and confident in both English and Spanish. If you love helping people and want to be part of a fast-paced, team-focused environmentwe want to talk to you!

What Youll Do


  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and chats from service guests
  • Schedule service check-in times and reach out to guests due for maintenance
  • Go over recommended services, recalls, and expected timelines
  • Gather guest and vehicle info and set accurate appointments
  • Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or delayed work
  • Log all communication in our CRM system
  • Assist Spanish-speaking guests with translations as needed


What Were Looking For
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in a Service BDC, call center, or guest service role is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional communicator who follows through
  • Comfortable using scripts and offering appointment options clearly
