Job Title: Appointment-Setter
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Hours: 35 – 40 Hours Per Week
Pay Range (Depending on Experience) : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

ABOUT THE JOB
POSITION SUMMARY: The Appointment Setter role is responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers of our clients and scheduling appointments for them. These are established B2B or B2C relationships. This is NOT cold calling.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating interest and scheduling a follow-up meeting for our clients. You must be able to effectively communicate with and engage customers in both scripted and unscripted phone conversations.
DUTIES:
Conduct warm calls to existing customers to generate appointments with their account representatives.
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to promote products or services.
Qualify leads.
Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous appointment-setting or outbound telemarketing experience
Strong persuasive negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to navigate and utilize CRM systems, Microsoft and Google software tools, spreadsheets, and documents
Engaging, friendly, and professional personality
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Results-driven and self-motivated
MUST HAVE:
Experience with appointment-setting or outbound telemarketing
Your own PC or laptop with Windows 10 or higher (no Mac, iOS, etc.)
Two (2)-way headset with USB connection
High-speed internet access
Able to commit & participate in the entire training class via Zoom
Reside in the United States
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with sales closing or upselling
Experience with call centers (although this is NOT a call center role)
Bilingual in Spanish
Comfortable working remote
NOTE:
