Hybrid work schedule... work from home & in our Glenside, PA office!

You will play a crucial role in promoting our company's products or services to prospective clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales, while building valuable skills in communication, customer relationship management, and technology. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential small business customers at an introductory level, thus contributing to the growth and success of our managed IT services organization.

This is not a position in which you need to sell our technology; rather, it is one in which you help promote our services by following-up/following-through on our already developed marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow-up with people who on our generated lead lists by making introductory calls
• Possibility for canvassing, as it relates to dropping off marketing literature at pre-determined business locations within a short radius of our Glenside-based office
• Enter sales activities and customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) database

Requirements and Qualifications

• Desire to follow-up and follow-through, as it relates to the “pre-sales” effort
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle rejection with a positive attitude
• Professional, polite attitude, with a smile, a caring demeanor, and a business casual appearance
• Self-motivation
• Willingness to learn and grow, especially as it relates to technology, marketing, and sales

Prior knowledge of information technology is not required.
