Specialty product lines include 55+ Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Substance Abuse Facilities, Skilled Nursing, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), and Hospitals. Responsibilities HealthTrust is seeking a full-time appraiser trainee / market researcher (we actively train appraisers and analysts to excel in our sector). The position requires flexibility with travel throughout Colorado upon advancing to a licensed trainee staff level; Daily tasks include: Travel for property inspections, which may include overnight stays; Strong telephone interview skills; Interviewing executive directors of the facilities during property tours; Assisting regional Partner or Director with day-to-day duties; Researching public data (tax assessment, zoning, state licensure regulations, senior living and healthcare databases, local supply, proposed construction). Salary & Benefits We offer a competitive salary / benefits package including health insurance and a company matched, 401(K), fully train and reimburse for state certification classes and all licensure fees (including time off). Annual base compensation dependent upon experience, which includes participation in production incentives above base salary.
