Career Strategies is seeking an experienced and motivated  Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a residential apartment community in Burnsville, MN . Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Process lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out paperwork
• Conduct property tours and support leasing efforts
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with property policies and fair housing laws

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property management or leasing preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
