Tombras, a 400+ person full-service global ad agency with a digital mindset is seeking a smart, weird, and wildly talented ACD Team in Knoxville, TN.

Where you’ll be working: Knoxville, TN 

• Work closely with the Knoxville CCO Paul Caiozzo to implement the vision and direction for the client and team.
• Working with some of the best brands on the planet, and doing it from Knoxville, TN. 
• Coming up with ideas no one on earth has thought of. 
• Sell those ideas and create breakthrough TV, social, and digital work.
• Own Projects. Take pride in your work. Contribute to your 401K. 
• Present work to clients and senior leadership with confidence and pizazzo. 
• Work on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily executions because that’s showbiz baby.

• A killer portfolio that shows your range: TV, social, digital—you’ve got receipts.
• Experience leading teams and owning client relationships.
