• Hygienists’ schedules booked out for 6 months, doctors’ appointments scheduled 2-3 months in advance
• Work in a modern office equipped with iTero and CBCT technology
• 32-33% of collections with no deductions for lab fees, Initial $700 daily guarantee
• Emphasis on relationship-based dentistry, not high-volume or low-quality dental practice

Requirements for Associate Dentist Position:

• Minimum of one year of experience
• Enjoy developing strong patient relationships
• Possess a valid Virginia Dental License
