Job Description

Sacramento/ Roseville (California) area mid-size defense law firm seeks a 6-15+ year attorney. Must be admitted to CA bar. Personal Injury / General Liability Defense experience required. Federal Court experience a plus. The right candidate will be motivated and a self-starter with strong analytical, writing and communication skills. This position requires extensive motion practice including novel areas of the law.

Starting salary is competitive and depends on experience in the range of $140,000 - $210,000. Employee benefits include:

We are an office unlike most, in that we understand the need for family and work life balance, though we are a busy firm. We have offices all over the state, and various individuals working out of state remotely. We have a great infrastructure that allows for attorneys outside of the area to be in our system as if they were in the physical office.
