We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Attorney with a strong background in Insurance Defense to join our dynamic legal team. This exciting opportunity involves representing insurance companies in defense of both bodily and personal injury claims. Our ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of insurance defense law, products liability, and premises liability defense, and have a proven track record of successful defense litigation. This is a unique role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex legal issues.

Job Details

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense law, with a particular focus on products liability and premises liability defense.
4. Proven experience in representing insurance companies in defense of bodily and personal injury claims.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
6. Strong research and report writing skills.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in an understandable manner.
8. A strategic thinker with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
