Develop strategic plans for cloud services, including but not limited to: transition strategies, bundling (multiple cloud offerings) strategies, mission/vision descriptions, and positioning strategies
Design and develop big data enterprise solutions for data ingestion and transformation on Amazon EMR with Spark
Improve processes within continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
Collaborate with QA on test planning and automation targeting performance and load testing
Create high-quality software through test driven development and peer reviews
Partner with product management and other stakeholders in an agile environment
Enhance team performance by sharing expertise in areas such as process, tools, and performance tuning
Work with geographically distributed teams, with ample opportunity to learn from and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment
Design data pipelines in production based on continuous delivery practices
Partner with data scientists to develop segmentation models that will help predict customer behavior and preferences.
Responsible for delivering excellence in the design and build phases of marketing cloud implementations, CRM integrations, and an enterprise-wide analytics framework.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in technical field OR equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of relevant professional work experience with hands on implementation and technical architecture design
- 2+ years in AWS Key management, AWS, Amazon APi Gateway
6+ years of experience coding with one or more JVM-based languages (e.g. Java, Scala)
- 4+ years of experience with SQL and enterprise RDBMS (e.g. PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
- 4+ years of experience with test-driven development in an agile environment for a commercial product or solution
- 4+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services or similar cloud computing platform
- 2+ years of experience with big data implementation in the Hadoop platform
- Experience with delivery and shipping of a software product through the complete lifecycle via enterprise or cloud-based services
- Experience leading large product integrations and performance enhancements
- Flexibility to work across a variety of software-related disciplines: solution design, unit testing, refactoring, and build/deployment automation
- Hands-on experience with continuous delivery on the AWS platform including EC2, ELB, S3, CloudFormation, Lambda
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing big data solution on the Hadoop platform, specifically on Amazon EMR with Spark
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Working knowledge of AWS Data Pipeline, Athena, QuickSight, and Redshift
- Experience with implementation of continuous integration, specifically with Gradle and Bamboo
- Experience with the Salesforce development platform, CRM solutions, and retail marketing cloud solutions
- Ability to design highly performance systems and troubleshoot complex performance and scalability issues in production
- Prior experience in the health care domain, specifically with health care data modeling
- Prior experience building ETL systems
- Working experience leading teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Experience analyzing large volumes of data with enterprise data analytics Tephra
