Job Description

The Atlanta office is seeking a senior associate to join the Banking & Finance Group. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. In addition, candidates should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.
