Job Overview We are a nationwide immigration law firm dedicated to zealoulsy representing the interests of Latino/a immigrants and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing department and drive the overall marketing strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends within the Latino community, consumer behavior, and innovative marketing techniques. As CMO, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, social media marketing, print advertising, and product management. Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the industry. Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI on various campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Lead the creation of compelling content through copywriting that resonates with target audiences. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve effectiveness. Foster relationships with advertising sales partners to enhance promotional efforts. Stay updated on SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings. Requirements Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a CMO or similar position. Strong knowledge of Google analytics tools and other digital marketing platforms. Expertise in budgeting and financial management related to marketing initiatives. Proficiency in SEO techniques and social media marketing strategies. Exceptional research skills to analyze market trends and consumer insights. Experience in product management with a focus on aligning products with market needs. Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging content across various channels.
