Excellent compensation and benefits package. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Loving Your Job): Marketing Strategy: Design and execute marketing strategies to reach new clients. Identify and focus on target markets to build an efficient marketing strategy. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the legal market. Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics to measure effectiveness and meet performance KPIs. Digital Marketing: Lead our digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email campaigns, and social media presence. Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content to reinforce the firm's expertise and thought leadership. Branding and Positioning: Protect our brand identity across all marketing channels and communication platforms. Back-end Marketing: Build and grow our referral network for the marketing program. Qualifications Who You Are Have at least 5 years of experience in a Marketing role, designing and executing Marketing strategies. Is fluent in Spanish. Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Is proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. An analytical mindset and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the legal industry, including legal practice areas, ethics, and compliance considerations. Can demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing approaches within the legal profession. Are familiar with legal directories, rankings, and awards processes. Have a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in legal marketing.
