Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide full bookkeeping services for a high volume of clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and transactions using Quickbooks Desktop and Online.
• Simple filing of tax returns (payroll and 1040)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Support the tax preparation process as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a relevant accounting role.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Desktop.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of tax regulations is a plus.
• QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification a plus
