Reports to: EVP of CX & BPO Advisory

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Compensation: $75k - $80k base pay + commissions

Position Overview: The Brand Ambassador will drive business growth by building meaningful relationships, generating high-quality leads, and increasing brand awareness for our CX Advisory firm. This role is designed for a proactive, creative professional who thrives on networking, social media engagement, and being a thought leader. Success in this position is measured by new client revenue generated through relationship-building efforts.

• Define and implement an innovative approach to generating high-quality leads for our Advisory team.
• Have the freedom to test, refine, and optimize outreach strategies.

• Focus on creating and nurturing relationships that convert into qualified prospects.
• Drive measurable results by contributing directly to new client revenue.

• Create engaging, video-centric content to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.
• Optimize content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

• Work closely with the EVP of CX Advisory to align strategies with ideal customer profiles.
• Partner with the marketing team on content creation and strategic distribution.

• Continuously refine your approach using data and performance metrics.
• Develop repeatable processes that scale lead-generation efforts effectively.

• Consistent Lead Generation: A steady pipeline of warm, high-quality leads.
• New Customer Acquisition: Measurable impact on new client revenue.
• Strong Personal & Company Brand: Increased industry presence through thought leadership and engaging content.
• High Engagement on Social Media: Growth in followers, interactions, and influence within key industry circles.
• Process Optimization: Continuous improvement based on performance data and market feedback.

• Proven track record of building relationships that convert into new customers.
• Strong LinkedIn or social media presence with the ability to engage, create video content, and network effectively.
• Results-driven and metrics-oriented, with a focus on revenue impact.
• Adaptable, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Standing, sitting, and walking.
• A moderate level of bending and lifting may be required up to 25 pounds.
• Business travel.
