Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive.
  • Ensure all food items and beverages are well-stocked and presented attractively.
  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
  • Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed throughout the breakfast service.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the ordering and restocking of breakfast supplies.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide excellent guest service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Requisitos:

Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente.

Se valorará experiencia previa en puesto similar o en el sector hotelero.

Excelente servicio al cliente y habilidades de comunicación.

Capacidad para trabajar en turnos de mañana y fines de semana.

Conocimientos básicos de prácticas de seguridad e higiene de los alimentos.

Capacidad física para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados y levantar pesas moderadas.

Trabajador de equipo con actitud positiva y proactiva.
