New Construction Installation Technician


Specializing in the new home construction market, we sell, install and service our proprietary product the Built-In Pest Control System to builders, we are a growing company in a growing industry looking for career minded individuals , No experience necessary ! Our corporate office is in Woodstock, GA. Additionally, we have Branch offices located throughout Metro Atlanta Area, Greenville SC, and Charlotte NC.

Position Overview: The New Construction Installation Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional installations of our system in homes under construction.


Job Responsibilities

• Approximately 2 - 4 home installations per day.
• Install Pestban's polyethylene tube system in new construction homes as scheduled.
• Installation of service receptacles.
• Install Termite Bait Stations.
• Perform tube system modifications and repairs.
• Clean up work debris upon job completion.
• Complete service tickets including mapping service receptacle locations.
• Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures as required.
• Attend all required meetings.

General Qualifications

• Time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible in job duties.
• Operate a variety of high-speed drills.
• Service-minded, motivated, and an independent self-starter.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads on a daily basis.
• Must be able to pass state verifiable training exam.

Experience and Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch for long periods of time.
• Must be able to carry, lift, and climb up to a 6 ft. ladder.
• Work on a residential construction job site in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
