Position Summary:
Programs, monitors, and troubleshoots Building Automation Systems ( BAS ) and controls to ensure and improve operation of complex facility and life safety system functionality. Develops and implements procedures and capabilities to monitor and predict operational capability.
Supervises general building maintenance and HVAC technicians. Leads general building maintenance team. This position will be required to respond to emergency and call-in work as necessary outside of normal work schedule.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
