Position Overview

Based in Miami, we're an import/export company in the food and beverage sector. We are looking for a Business Development focused sales professional to drive growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies.
• Manage the import/export processes and compliance related to food and beverage products.
• Provide support in contract negotiations and closing deals.
• Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or import/export. 
• Quick and eager learner who has aspirations to grow into a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
