Data Ninja Group is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Ninja, you'll wield your data mastery to unlock the power of business intelligence, providing key decision-makers with clear and insightful information.

Unleash Your Inner Data Ninja:

• Conquer complex, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Transform raw data into compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau (or similar) for clear communication.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable data strategies and reporting solutions.
• Leverage your analytical prowess to fuel data-driven decision making, guiding strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Stay at the forefront of the data game by continuously learning and exploring new BI tools and techniques.

Become a Data Master:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in Business Intelligence analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python libraries).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A passion for learning and staying current with new BI trends and technologies.
