TOP SKILLS:

• Business objects exp is critical (Should be SME level ) - BUSINESS OBJECTS UNIVERSE DESIGNER experience VERSION 4.3
• Knowledge / experience with Denials in healthcare. Need to be able to consolidate data sets
• Power BI experience - to build visuals Data

InfoSoul / InfoBurst experience – great to have. Business intelligence (BI) automation platform

• GCP – nice to have but not necessary
• NEEDS SOMEONE WHO CAN COME IN AND LOOK AT APPLICATIONS END-TO-END – they are wanting to consolidate applications. For example have 20 apps, need to consolidate to 1.
• Short term – will build BI, not touching Business objects
• Long term – working on Power BI reports, consolidating 15-30 applications to 1 and 700-800 reports down to 100-200

Responsibilities

• Support denial management processes across multiple hospital systems.
• Consolidate and analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Business Objects Universes (Version 4.3).
• Create and optimize reports using Business Objects and Power BI for data visualization.
• Utilize Infosoul / Infoburst for data extraction and distribution.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce denials.

Requirements:

• Business Objects Universe Designer (Version 4.3) – critical requirement.
• Strong experience with Power BI for building dashboards and visuals.
• Proficiency in Infosoul / Infoburst for data handling.
• Solid understanding of denial management processes in healthcare.
• Ability to consolidate and interpret large data sets effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Preferred: Experience working with hospital systems and healthcare data.
