Position Details Position: Business Systems Analyst I - Entry Level (Must Have SAP Exp) Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 12 Months Hours per week: 40 Shift: 1st Shift (9-5, somewhat flexible) Client: Medical Device Company Experience Level: Entry Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (US Citizens or GC Holders only) Must Have Skills Proficiency in Office Suite – Outlook, Teams, Excel; SAP experience is a plus Job Responsibilities Assist in process definition and documentation related to data quality in operational systems Execute transactions for product lifecycle data entry Coordinate data entry for product change processes Analyze master data and communicate findings Maintain system documentation in an ISO environment Support business improvements in GDPS and other projects Collaborate across departments on product data management Follow detailed instructions for work assignments Additional Duties Identify and evaluate system solutions to meet user needs Document business and system processes Ensure data integrity and system functionality Develop knowledge of business processes and compliance requirements Participate in process reviews and improvements Adhere to EH&S policies and participate in related programs Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year experience with databases and business process systems Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Basic understanding of SAP Experience in a medical, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment preferred Knowledge of documentation and change control systems, quality standards, and GMP guidelines preferred Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Other Details Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Information Technology Industry: Staffing and Recruiting Note: This job posting is active.
