TimeFree Solutions is seeking energetic and motivated Call Center Representatives to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will play a key role in connecting potential clients with our timeshare sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage leads, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments with our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads via phone to schedule appointments for timeshare-related consultations
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Maintain a high volume of calls and meet daily appointment-setting goals
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each prospect
• Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts and processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a call center, sales, or appointment-setting role (timeshare industry experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into scheduled appointments
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
