SalesBizLab  We are is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Agent to provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s database.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in customer management systems.
• Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
