SalesBizLab We are is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide excellent service. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas,TX

Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Process orders, payments, and service requests as needed.
• Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in customer interactions.
• Meet performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude toward customer interactions.
