Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
• Agents must responsibly follow policies and procedures set by the company.
• Agents will greet customers as they enter the building.
• Agents will take phone calls inquiring about renting cars, reserve cars for customers, and rent cars to customers.
• Agents must answer questions and provide accurate data to customers about their Rental Agreement Contract.
• Agents will handle paperwork, collect payment, inspect car conditions upon return.
• Agents will possibly move vehicles around the parking lot.
• Agents will respond to client inquiries and fulfill their requests.
• Agents will sell optional upgrades to customers and protection packages.
•Agents may have to drive vehicles to car wash station(s).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must pass a background.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Responsible, respectful, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking and standing for extended periods.
About the Job:
