Welcome to the role of Beck's Car Wash Manager! Our team in Peoria Heights, IL is looking for a Car Wash Manager to join our team and lead our car wash operations at our brand location!

As a Beck's Car Wash Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring the quality of car wash services, and promoting customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality to ensure the car wash runs smoothly and efficiently.

With your leadership and passion for excellence, you will be the most important person in the wash operations!

What You Will Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the wash
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Manage staff, recruit, and train employees
• Ensure outstanding customer service and safety, always
• Maintain all wash equipment and preform routine troubleshooting and maintenance
• Grow sales and control cost
• Process information through the computer system and POS register system

What You Have:

• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to quickly troubleshoot and problem solve equipment and electronic issues
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business needs

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, carries, and pushes
• Ability to freely access all areas of the car wash
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to work up to 12 hours in a day, as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
