CDL-A Local Driver | Home Daily | $73K–$82K Annually | Premium Pay + New Equipment
Now hiring experienced CDL-A local drivers within 50 miles of Aurora, CO for a high-volume grocery distribution account. You’ll haul refrigerated grocery freight from the Aurora distribution center to local retail stores across Colorado.
Position Details:
Home Time: Home daily with occasional overnight runs during surge periods
Pay Range: $73,372–$82,212 annually
Mileage Pay: $0.70–$0.80 CPM based on experience
Stop Pay: $17 per stop (average 13 stops weekly)
Detention Pay: $24/hour after 2 hours (up to $150 max)
Winter Bonus: $1,000 monthly (Nov–Mar) — total up to $5,000
Equipment: 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains
Freight Type: No-touch refrigerated freight (reefer training provided)
Workload: Approximately 1,700 miles per week
Schedule: Rotating; 70-hour workweek commitment (24/7 operation)
