• Contract Duration: 12 months + potential to extend
• Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN | Hybrid; onsite Tuesday – Thursday
• Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Central Sourcing Support Specialist:

• Identify and communicate internally any supplier concerns or opportunities. Support cost recovery initiatives
• Support problem-resolution discussions with suppliers and ensure the adequacy and timeliness of supplier correction action plans
• Enter cost changes, maintain parts systematically, and support sourcing projects
• Ensure tooling requests are appropriately approved based on cost and quality requirements
• Assist with new supplier onboarding and routing
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities in the process and workflow
• Track the progress of daily tasks and be able to communicate the progress
• Maintain current costing and communicate cost opportunities when identified
• Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve price and invoice discrepancies
• Partner with sourcing, accounts payable, quality, and engineering team members to resolve issues

What you’ll bring to the Central Sourcing Support Specialist role:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar field required
• Previous materials/purchasing experience is a plus
• Effective negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills within the team and cross-functionally
• Highly organized and effective in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience pulling reports and utilizing different systems
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experienced in presentation abilities, including PowerPoint development
