Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality instruction in both practical flying and classroom settings, with a special emphasis on instrument flying, adhering to the high standards and structured environment of a Part 141 flight school. Ensure all training is conducted safely and in accordance with FAA regulations and school policies. Actively engage in the learning process, adapting teaching methods to meet the varied needs of students. Continuously update and expand your knowledge of aviation, especially regarding light sport aircraft and advanced avionics systems. Requirements: FAA Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) certification. Weight under 200 lbs to accommodate our light sport aircraft (SportCruiser) specifications. Minimum of 500 flight hours of training experience preferred; candidates with fewer hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Willingness to learn and adapt to new aircraft and technologies. Availability for full-time work, including weekends, to support our students' schedules.
