About the Certified Training Baker:

• With great skill brings great responsibility. Being one of our top Bakers, the Certified Training Bakers doesn't only have the skills to bake the world's best bagels, they also take pride in providing new bakers with the necessary training required to be successful in the Baker role.
• Certified Training Bakers are expected to enhance the guest experience by providing great hospitality, a friendly attitude, and expert product knowledge.

What we are looking for:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of baking experience is strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to train and mentor others.

Hourly Rate:

$14.86 - $22.29 per hour

*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
