About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead its global marketing organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with positioning the company as the leading AI platform for customer experience automation and support, with a focus on both the SMB and enterprise markets. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to take its conversational AI, which currently automates 30% of support for merchants, to the next level by driving sales and automating CX for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling a business, particularly in a high-growth startup environment, and experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a multi-product setting. Candidates for the CMO position at the company should be adaptable, innovative, and possess a strong, data-driven, and analytical approach to marketing. The role requires a leader who is a strong communicator, a capable people manager, and a hands-on builder with a tactical mindset. The CMO will be expected to execute with speed and agility, and to work closely with the product team to ensure that the marketing strategy is aligned with the customer journey. The company is at a pivotal stage, with a goal to reach IPO scale in the next three years, and the CMO will play a key role in this journey.
