This position is for an attorney with a demonstrated history of handling litigation cases. The successful candidate will be familiar with Colorado civil procedure and Colorado law. A high level of integrity is a must as well as a willingness to work with a team. This attorney will be required to research legal issues and comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and participate in legal hearings, depositions, and trial.
* Prepare briefs.
* Motion practice and oral argument
* Prepare and participate in mediation, arbitration and settlement negotiations.
* Track and bill time.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years in civil litigation
* Licensed in Colorado
* Insurance defense experience preferred
* Strong research, writing, analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attorneys with licenses in Texas, Utah, Arizona, and Wyoming a plus!

*Salary Commensurate with Experience.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
