Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Clean Room Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong great attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clean Room Production Associate

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $16

What's the Job?

• Assist with visual inspection, cleaning, packaging, and labeling of products according to customer specifications and company clean room procedures.
• Follow established Glove and Gown protocols for Clean Room duties, reporting any deviations to ensure product non-contamination.
• Receive and stage products for manufacturing into the Clean Room while adhering to all procedures.
• Maintain cleaning tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures in the Clean Room following established procedures.
• Accurately complete required nonconformance reports to ensure accurate records are maintained.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent, or manufacturing experience in a clean room environment.
• Minimum of 6 months related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
