Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.
With a track record of global leadership in bone marrow transplantation, HIV/AIDS prevention, immunotherapy and COVID-19 vaccines, Fred Hutch has earned a reputation as one of the worlds leading cancer, infectious disease and biomedical research centers. Fred Hutch operates eight clinical care sites that provide medical oncology, infusion, radiation, proton therapy and related services, and network affiliations with hospitals in five states. Performs clinical pharmacy services to assigned clinic patients. The pharmacist acts as an integral member of Fred Hutch patient care services, providing pharmacotherapeutic recommendations to providers, nursing, research staff, and other members of the health care team to optimize patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to direct patient care, drug dispensing, research and education, and practice management as it pertains to the care of the assigned patient population. The pharmacist will work with the specialty pharmacy team to ensure patients have access to needed medications and will provide clinical support and documentation when required.

This is a 1.0 FTE (40 Hours) role based at our South Lake Union Campus.
As a condition of employment Fred Hutch conducts pre?employment drug testing for this pharmacy role. All offers of employment in the pharmacy department are conditional on the applicant successfully completing and passing a drug test in accordance with the Fred Hutch policy.
The annual base salary range for this position is from $156,832.00 to $261,352.00 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
