Job Description :

• Collaborate with small, agile teams to deliver high-impact internal and client-facing projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Work closely with our experts and clients to troubleshoot issues, clarify requirements, and deliver innovative solutions in dynamic environments.
• Take ownership of tasks and drive initiatives from concept to completion, even in areas outside your initial comfort zone.
• Participate in internal initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
• Transition into client-facing roles as you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance

Key Technical Skills:

While we hire for potential and problem-solving ability first, experience in any of the following is highly valuable:

Cloud and Infrastructure

• AWS: EC2, Key Management Service (KMS), Security best practices, AMIs, Networking and VPCs, CloudFormation and/or Terraform.
  
   
• Windows Server: Server management and maintenance, SQL Server administration and maintenance, failover clusters, local networking, and domain management.

• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn fast.
• Proactivity — you don’t wait for perfect instructions; you figure things out.
• Ability to thrive in small, collaborative teams.
• Clear communication skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to pick up new technologies as needed.
• Must be in the office at least 4 days per week.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Familiarity with data analysis skills and tools (e.g. SQL, ETL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Exposure to Agile or consulting environments.
• Basic understanding of security best practices in infrastructure.
• US DOD or DOJ Security Clearance
