We are seeking a Comfort Care Home Manager RN or LPN to become a part of our team! We are a Home Care provider that operates Comfort Care Homes for Seniors needing total care, are unable to stay at home and are seeking an alternative to larger Long Term Care communities. Each home has a maximum of three residents and is staffed with a minimum of 1 caregiver 24x7 in addition to the Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the management of the day to day operations of the care home and supporting the marketing of the care home towards new clients through your network of referral sources.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the care for three high acuity seniors.
• Manage the caregiver schedules and tasks
• Medication management
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure residents safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
• Communicate with the residents families
• Coordinate care with the residents physician and other medical providers
• Arrange transportation as needed
• Actively recruit new residents through networking and referrals

​ Qualifications:

• RN or LPN
• 2+ years experience in the Senior Care industry or Geriatric Care Management
• Compassionate and passionate attitude towards Seniors
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with people with a positive outlook and the ability to management difficult situations and people in a collaborative way.
• Have an existing network of contacts in the senior care industry and don't mind building new relationships through networking sessions and visits.
