Profile of Position

The Commercial Mortgage Analyst(s) will be exposed to all facets of commercial real estate from the ground up. The Analyst will assist with the underwriting of existing loans and potential financing opportunities from origination to closing.

• Full-time, in-office position in Winter Park, Florida.
• Prefers hands-on training.
• Largo’s Analysts learn faster, progress further, and accomplish more in one year than in most other entry-level positions in commercial real estate.

• Loan underwriting and packaging
• Financial evaluation
• Market research

• Day-to-day office administration tasks

Qualifications

• Entry-level and experienced candidates encouraged to apply
• Undergraduate business degree with a concentration in Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting
• Will consider other levels of education or experience for individuals with a passion for commercial real estate
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills: Ability to analyze data/results and provide informed insights.
