Intern Position (Oct 2024-May 2025)

Slatt Capital seeks a bright, articulate, and self-directed college student for an in-office part-time internship (10-15 hours per week) for entry-level research, data management, and marketing support. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to learn the commercial real estate finance business and could lead to future opportunities with the firm.

The Job Summary:

• Research and manage capital sources, quotes, deals, and financing programs in Salesforce.U
• Utilize CoStar and other databases to assist the originations team with underwriting, marketing, and successful closing of transactions.
• Participate in meetings with lenders to take notes and update lending programs.
• Social media and email marketing management.
• Contact management of potential clients and business relationships.

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a 4 year degree program in real estate finance, business administration, or marketing.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite – working knowledge of Salesforce is helpful
• LinkedIn and graphic design skills
• Ability to be self-directed
• Travel to Greenwood Village office 2-3 days per week
